- The official shop listed regular 1st Release admission at €49.50 including a €5.50 service fee, sold out on 17 October. It links an official waiting list; joining does not guarantee admission.
- Day and night shows
- Cloudy's day show ends at 22:00. The separately ticketed KUKO night opens at 23:30; a day ticket does not establish night admission.
- Minimum age
- 18+.
- ID
- Bring valid photo ID: a passport, ID card or driving licence.
- Entrance
- Use the main entrance at Johan Cruijff Boulevard 590, 1101 DS Amsterdam, opposite the ArenA. De Corridor 9 is the backstage/office address.
- Last entry and re-entry
- A last-entry cutoff is not published. AFAS Live's house rules normally do not allow re-entry after leaving during an event.
- Public transport
- Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA and Duivendrecht stations are within walking distance. Plan your dated return journey with NS or 9292; a special late service is not confirmed.
- Parking and bikes
- Nearby parking garages include P3, P4, P5 and P6. Use the ArenAPoort bicycle racks; these are not supervised.
- Bags and lockers
- Backpacks and weekend bags are not allowed. Handbags must be no larger than A4 and 10 cm thick. Paid phone-operated lockers are inside security. Larger luggage can use the external Lockerpoint ArenAPoort P5; it cannot be stored inside AFAS Live.
- Payment
- Bars and food stands take debit and credit cards. Cash can be loaded onto an AFAS Live Paypass at the venue cash desks.
- Food and medication
- Outside food, drinks and bottles are not allowed. For medical food or liquids, request permission from the venue in advance. Bring a medication passport or current medication overview for medicines.
- Accessibility
- The ground floor is level, with accessible toilets on each floor. Arrange wheelchair/companion admission through the official ticket seller and use the rightmost main-entrance glass door with the appropriate ticket. Contact AFAS Live in advance for service/guide dogs or hearing assistance.
- Clothing and cameras
- Spikes, sports-club clothing and face coverings are not allowed. Professional cameras, detachable lenses and GoPros are prohibited. Compact cameras and phones are normally permitted, unless the organiser imposes a restriction.
- On-site facilities
- Toilets are free and earplugs are sold at the venue. Smoking is not permitted inside.
- Camping
- This is an indoor city-venue event; no camping package is listed.
