Biography
VENDEX is a solo DJ and producer born in Barcelona. He began mixing around the age of 14 or 15 and started producing electronic music in 2016. A background in metal fed his search for harder sounds; he credits Dax J with opening the door to hard techno. His music combines industrial and acid textures with forceful bass and the emotional weight of melody.
Soma released his four-track Chaos Dimensions EP in February 2023. In 2024 he introduced Valkhør Realms as the first release on his own VALKHØR label. VALKHØR also operates as an event brand and a wider artistic world, connecting music with audiovisual shows, comics and video. The project draws on literature, cinematic language and the emotional journey of Dante's Divine Comedy.
His collaboration Your Soul Is Mine with Lukas arrived on Audiocode Records in June 2025, connecting their shared interest in hard techno and Schranz. Behind the decks, he chooses a path through his music according to the energy of the room. Hear that shared performance language in the KUKO face-to-face from Rotterdam, or explore the solo recordings on his official SoundCloud.
