Dexphase is Dani Novoa, a DJ and producer from Madrid, Spain, and the founder and resident DJ of Blackworks. He established the event project in 2019, building a platform for fast, hard techno and industrial sounds in the Spanish capital. He also founded Blackworks Label, the project’s recording arm. His collaboration with Hypnum, Neofuture 5000, was released on 14 February 2021; the three-track Blackworks EP followed on 18 February 2022, including Blackworks, Unexpected Success and Melancholic Dreams.
